I bring all design roles together early and often through cross-functional collaboration by building relationships with product managers, engineers, marketing managers and legal partners and engaging them early in working sessions and design crits.
Iterative
I iterate and learn through A/B testing, deeply analyzing performance data analytics and iterating to find any opportunities for improvement. I use storytelling skills to bring my peers and stakeholders along and I influence the design system by contributing back to it when successful patterns emerge through testing.
